1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of web design and hosting services by Iprecious ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

• We provide website design, development, and hosting services as described in our pricing packages.
• The scope of work will be agreed upon before any project begins.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3. Client responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing all text, images, and content for your website.
• Content must be provided in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
• You confirm that any content you provide is yours to use and does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Payment

• Fixed-price projects: payment is due as per the agreed invoice schedule.
• Subscription services (£49/month): payments are collected monthly via invoice or Direct Debit.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the completed website design becomes your property. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services in question.

7. Cancellation

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
• Fixed-price projects: cancellation fees may apply depending on work completed.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
